first time at Five Guys but once I had worked out how to order I was very happy with the quality of the burger which tasted wonderful and the chips were very tasty as well. Will definitely eat here again.

Great service, staff friendly, it was really busy with a big group of teens so was quite noisy due to how the sound bounces but not overwhelming. My kids loved the food and the portions were big.

Their phone number doesn?t work so you can?t make corrections to your order if ordering online. Very poor. I ordered a cheeseburger on Justeat but didn?t see the toppings page. When I tried to call the store the phone didn?t even ring, and it isn?t an issue with my phone. 2 patties and a piece of cheese on top for £11. Just ridiculous that they don?t put the toppings on as standard in the first place. Puts me off ordering again. Be professional or don?t be in business. HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER. I?ll be emailing head office to highlight this problem.
Do not order from here. You won?t be able to correct your order if you make a mistake, but they will still happily take your money.

Good burger. Juicy and if you pick the right toppings that can really make the burger. Thought the last time I had one the patties were a bit more smashed these seemed a bit thicker. Can take a little while to get served but then everything is freshly prepared and you can see it all happening.

Expensive for a squashed burger wrapped in tinfoil and thrown in a bag tbh
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian sandwich is basically boiled mushrooms thrown in a bap - very disappointing

Great place to eat. Customer service on point. Clean dining area. You may bump into football and rugby players if you visit during the day. Overall worth visiting.

We love coming here! The burgers are always amazing and the chips are just top notch!!
Came on a whim on a Thursday night and was served by Sam, our food took a little longer than usual but it was no problem for us at all as we didn?t realise until he apologised, and he couldn?t enough. We were offered a free milkshake for the inconvenience and that made my boyfriends day I think!!
Burgers were fab and the service was fantastic, Sam is an absolute credit to you guys, very friendly and clearly a hard worker!
