We have made an order online for a pick up. My husband picked it up and brought the food home. We are family of 7 so the order was quite large. When we have started to eat our burgers we have noticed that they all were wrong. Mine had bbq sauce and ketchup inside instead hot sauce. I?m allergic to mustard so obviously I could not eat my burger, alongside that mine also had missing toppings so it?s not a great start isn?t??? My children?s burgers also were all over the place with missing or wrong toppings and sauces, the meat also felt more like reheated than freshly cooked. Five guys is not a cheap burger place and you do pay premium and they are usually on point although sometimes they can make mistake or two but what we have received was actually unacceptable! The cherry on the cake was when we have contacted customer service about these issues we had a very rude response:
?We are the contact for Five Guys at the UK Support Office and have taken the appropriate steps to review your feedback.
The £20 has been offered towards the cost of the burger which you have stated had the incorrect sauce. This was as a gesture of goodwill - toppings are free of charge therefore we do not usually offer compensation for missing or incorrect toppings. This is regardless of an allergy being present as we do not cater for allergies in online orders.
We don't have facilities to reheat or hold old food, therefore the patties you received would have been cooked fresh to order. We also don't add any seasoning to the meat as a standard.

So be aware people as they do not cater for allergies in online orders and also if you have wrong toppings which you don?t like or anything else wrong just suck it up and eat it as apparently they are complimentary so they do not need to cater to you and serve you what you asked and paid for!

Some of the fries were a little soggy but the rest was delicious as far as fast food goes. However there did appear to be somewhat of a spat between one of the servers and the Uber Driver. The server whilst on duty began gesturing a punching motion which seemed to be a little unprofessional. We overheard his female colleague explain to him that patrons may be in earshot of what he is saying. Well she was correct. Other than that decent.

I have a hadag and drink it with a small chips for 15 pounds, the size of the hadag was to small, it was very ordinary, it did not affect me at all.

I have been to many 5 guys and this is the worst I have ever been, the portions were horrendously small. I had a veggie cheese sandwich and it was just lettuce..the fries were so small. I don't know if they are franchised but if they are this one caters only for drunk people who have no idea.. would not recommend at all

Pretty quiet when I turned up after 9pm on a week night, but a lot of other places had closed. I?ve been to half a dozen Five Guys and this branch hit the level with consistent excellent service and food quality.

Ordered from here through uber eats, all three burgers we ordered were raw inside and had to be thrown away. Surprise, surprise look on reviews here and someone else has posted a review and got food poisoning . Absolutely shocking and food standards need to investigate as there is more than one customer now who has left a review for the same issue, dangerously undercooked food.

Ordered some burgers and fries for delivery. The paper bag that was holding my food wasn?t sealed. This means the integrity of the order couldn?t be guaranteed. (Yes I don?t trust delivery drivers, get over it). I complained about my order but as you can imagine nothing was done. So thanks Five Guys for wasting my time and money. Rock stars.
