very angry and disappointed not able to speak with anyone. Phone numbers, and emails and website useless. returned a parcel and not able to get my refund. If only I knew this guys read the reviews very negative. If you are ordering anything online and and Evri are the couriers, be prepared to lose money and parcels.

Absolutely bad service been trying to get answers to where they have delivered my parcel can’t speak to anybody they say they will ring you within 24 hours this was last Saturday still waiting now . shocking service would not recommend anyone to use this service out of 5 I would give them 0

I cannot speak to anyone. The Evri company is completely useless. I dare someone from Evri to contact me. I am receiving emails at 4am in the morning asking for me to 'take a quick survey',or asking me 'how did our couriers do'. This is totally unacceptable and needs to stop.

Absolutely shocking company and customer service - incompetent and rude drivers, delivered to the wrong property on more than one occasion. A friend even had their PS4 - in obvious PS4 packing - left outside their house despite strict instruction not to, which was subsequently stolen. Customer services completely unsympathetic during every call, and have hung up more than once when unable to help. Could not recommend this company less - do not risk your packages being sent via Hermes/Evri

Disgraceful company delivered my parcel at 10 pm bear in mind i was at home at this time got a notification of delivery, photo was a black square nothing else searched high and low to this day still cannot get contact with this so called courier and still no parcel. This company needs closed down once and for all. Changing a company name doesn?t make them any better, they are just imbeciles

This company needs closing down and needs investigating! I worked as a self employed delivery driver over the festive period for around a month and received a shockingly low invoice. I received just £1.90 for one of the rounds- unbelievable. I had no form of contact to head office directly so chose to drive there to get the issue looked into- just to be told there was no one in from payroll and i would receive a phone call, which i didnt! So frustrating when you make false promises. I also have had my parcel missing for over 3 weeks which i highly doubt i will receive. Avoid this company at all costs!!

Disgusted with Evris Customer service or should I say lack of !I have called numerous times to no avail, emailed 4 times, gone on their Live Chat which is a joke !All I want is proof of delivery that a parcel they collected from me to return to Cult Beauty that never arrived ! I am now out of pocket with Cult Beauty £100 as they say it never arrived ????? so will not refund me until have have proof from Evri that it was delivered. It is now over a month and a half since they collected it and still nothing.Also it will only let me post this rant if I give the company 1 Star, to be frank they don't deserve that !

Absolutely rubbish service. Ordered a bag from Regatta with next day delivery on 30/01/2024 and it's not 06/02/2024 and still hasn't been delivered. I got an email saying it's been delivered to the parcel shop so I went to get it and the guys said the courier took it. They also mentioned the courier had this parcel for 3 days and decided on his own he didn't want to deliver it. Absolutely ridiculous service.
