I bought breaks pads ,one of the pads doesn?t have clips so mechanic told take them back and change it when I went back one of staff members was very rude and said we can?t change it as it looks dirty,I saidI just took them one hour ago but if it?s looks dirty for you clean it they said no then another member came and changed them with different spare onesI brought them to mechanic he said these are not the right ones for your car which are not fitWaste my time

Visited a few times and the customer service at the counter has been poor. Not enough staff at the front a single person is left to take and retrieve orders from the stockroom. Majority of the time stock is available, however sometimes parts cannot be found from the stockroom. However good selection of parts ranging from affordable to performance parts.
