They never answer their phone so you can't check if your prescription has been filled before you trek all the way over, they often do not have the entire prescription on site so you have to make a second trip. The staff are friendly and try to be as helpful as possible but the above issues make this an extremely irritating place to deal with.

Have been using this boots store for prescriptions for the last 3 years. Staff have always been helpful and had no issues getting prescriptions. Getting their text messages to tell us when to collect meds is really useful. Store is often busy so can have to wait 30mins to collect prescriptions at times. The rest of the store is everything you would expect from a normal boots store. Food section is somewhat limited compared some of the bigger stores.

This store has a really deceptive front it looks like a small store from the outside but when you get inside its fairly large. It is spilt into to number of sections in including baby, beauty and so on. As well as selling big name brands it also stocks many of it own brands products at very reasonable prices. There makeup range No7 is excellet and so are the No7 beauty products. They often run excellent offers like BOGOF and 3 for 2. I managed to somehow get 6 cans of right guard for the price of one as they were on both BOGOF and 3 for 2 at the same time although I expect this was glich. I will certainly be popping in more often to check the special offers.

great they have a baby changing room and somewhere to find your baby, however i miss toilets in the albion street branch, when you have small children it makes it hard when their little brother can get their nappy changed but they have nowhere to go

I have been scared of this Boots ever since I came in one day and spent £85 on makeup. Today I made myself go in and buy a Capri Sun because I was dying of thirst and it was 85p, which is a better 85 really. The man behind the till kept humming though. And not the same tune that was playing out the speakers. It was most bizarre and unfortunately that fact alone cemented my resolve not to go back again, mostly because there's a perfectly good Boots near my work. And this one is always busy.

For a small shopping complex such as Savins Mill, this Boots is a really decent size. With a wide range of products including it's own No7 and Perfume Counters. There is a pharmacy in which you can collect prescriptions, and ask for advice on any ailments. They can also weigh you here although it does cost 70p. As you first enter the store all the health products are to your left. As you get to the first ACM machine which gives you extra points and money off coupons you come to the beginning of the skincare and cosmetics aisles. Towards the back of the store there is the baby items, the digital photo machines and the seasonal stock e.g xmas sets or sun lotions. The staff are always helpful and polite and love it when you get a bargain.
