Got a monthly contract here after a terrible experience with O2.Staff were nice and helped sort everything and the new ee sim worked perfectly for texts, calls, and data. However, I could not log into the ee website or access the app due to "known" account problems with "some" accounts. Meaning I could not see bills, access information etc. The only way round this was to text or phone up ee. I've been in contact with support over the phone where I have been told that it's a known problem but after over a month of not being able to log in and nothing being fixed or sorted I have decided to switch providers again.Positives: Data coverage in places I previously struggled to get any was significantly better than with O2 and Virgin. The younger staff member who set everything up was polite, friendly, quick, and helpful. Did a great job.Cons: Price of contract/sim options seemed quite high compared to alternative providers for equivalent plans. Website/app failed to function properly at all. The manager(?) had a weirdly high pressure sales approach especially to other customers that I saw. One lady said she had to catch a train and there was a lot of pressure to get her to stay and put her on a contract within 10 minutes. Assume there's a lot of pressure for commission and to make as many sales as possible in this role.

Staff are great but let down on some occasions by "lifetime warranties'.An example could be a flexible screen mobile with a faulty loud speaker.... not covered due to a pin head diameter mark on the screen. So, go there for the offers and service but DON'T be fooled by the warranty process.Spot the damage? Nope nor do I !!!

False promises made via comms before arriving at store to then be told a completely different service even after ringing up the day before to confirm the repair.

Very efficient staff ? got a new data subscription but wanted to keep my old number from another provider. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Transaction was straightforward and super speedy. Plus, I now have a signal in town which I didn?t have with my previous rubbish provider!

I can't get past the laid back scruffy appearance of some of the staff. It's one thing to say by all means wear jeans and trainers with an EE polo shirt but has an area manager actually looked and taken notice of the state of some of these staffs jeans and trainers? They're most certainly not smart casual. It genuinely looks like a shop full of scruffy students with worn out jeans, dirty hair and a lot of them had filthy shoes. What happened to having to present yourself in a professional manner to work with members of the public? I'm sorry but if I was their manager, I would be sending half of them home for a bath and hair washed and to smarten up their appearance by at least 80% It's off putting when they're allowed to be so scruffy and laid back at work. Smarten up and clean up.

We went to the store to get eSIMs. 2 hours later we are still here. The saleswoman here has tried selling me an apple watch but she can't get my partner's eSIM to activate. Now they've called their customer service and WE are on a call to them while being in the store. Very absurd, very inefficient. Also the saleswoman wouldn't just write down my number. She's asked my number 12 times now. The guy on the phone keeps telling me to ask the saleswoman to give me a physical SIM while she's just staring daggers at me. This is very unprofessional. We bought the phone because we were told that we could have digital SIM cards. It's a bloody £41 per month contract!Update: so other people who work at the store helped. Meg got my eSIM done in 5 minutes and Amaan got my partner's done in another 10 minutes. While this badgeless woman who was supposed to be helping us was literally on her Instagram. ????? She clearly didn't know what she was doing, wasn't interested in helping us further or learning how to do it from her colleagues. I guess it was our bad luck that she was assigned to us

The staff were super helpful and my issue was sorted as soon as possible. The shop could benefit by hiring more/ experienced staff. Not having to rely on the manager to resolve most issues. But overall an amazing experience

Can never get through on the phone. (Plus you have to endure a 30 second time-wasting prerecorded message and options before it even starts ringing.)

I tried to write a complaint on the customer service but it wont let me submit. So I'm gonna put it here.Last Saturday, 4th Nov, I sent my zflip4 to EE. As the hinge is broken but the screen was still working very well. I googled and find out I can send it to EE. I was being attend by Sasha. She checked with someone upstairs and informed it can be done. I asked for the cost and she said it wont cost you anything. She requested me to backup and restart my phone and leave it there. I left it and came the next day. They told me I have to pay £420. I felt like I just got scammed. I went back home and checked my phone, my screen is not working and there is a black line there. Now I cant touch the screen. I went back there and query for what is happening as it supposed to be a broken hinge and not the screen. Idies was being rude and not listening to me. He even said things like "oh you're not our customer", how arrogant was he. Google reviewed should be 1/5 for his behaviour handling this case. He told me there's nothing we can do. Unacceptable. My screen was working well when I sent it, you guys restart my phone, open it up by saying no cost will be charged, now yes it is expensive to repair because you need to change the screen too. It was supposed to be just the hinge! Told me "we tried to call you" please don't be stupid. How am I supposed to get that call when my phone is with you guys. Please be responsible for the broken screen.

Rip off merchants and rude skeptical staff. Brought my Samsung Fold 4 in for repair and they quoted £1.7k (more than the value of the phone itself) even though was under warranty and a battery fault. Tried making out there was water damage and and a dent in the phone even though a case had been on it the whole time, and when I originally brought it in they said it was in excellent condition. Sent it in directly to Samsung now and they're repairing it for free.
