Came to upgrade my phone been with EE 8 years. They didn?t upgrade my phone they added another line and put me on a flex plan ( something I didn?t agree with) I was just told it was an upgrade but soon realized it wasn?t. Returned my device and handed every thing back and took to decision to go with someone else after 8 years!! Not only for them to still be taking 70.00 pounds out of my account I?m not even with EE and they have no right. I?ve called numerous times and been down to the store numerous times to get my money refunded and still no refund!! How do they get away with doing this? Absolutely furious about this situation a loyal customer for 8 years to be thrown under the bus ? all EE are bothered about is commission

Proper incompetent and unprofessional staff,starting from the man in charge Lee,,
I switched from talk talk to EE broadband ,when doing so,I was told that EE will pay up to 300£ t cancellation fee,I had a bill of 173£ from Talk Talk ,went to this shop,and they refused to help,saying I had to pay it,and they will refund,so paying full EE bills,and 173£ for my old provider..,total scam???

Went in to order a device was then told to collect on friday which i rang 4 times still no delivery to then ring on saturday to be told Tuesday the latest.this isnt the first time they have done this poor customer service

My wife went to this branch because her phone was just blank, but could receive call's. The salesperson tried to get my wife to take out a new contract because the screen was broken, when I got home and Googled the problem, I just pressed two buttons and the phone worked. They were just trying to sell my wife a new phone. Disgusting.

Many thanks to Kennedy (I think I've got her name right ?), the lovely young lady who helped Mr and Mrs Benson on Thurs 4th July , she sorted us out with new EE broadband, a husband a new phone, and saved us £40 per month , great stuff ?

Shocking service!
Will not be renewing my contract with EE next time, will be going to another provider.
Staff promise you the earth and claim they will get you the best deal. I'm 3 months into my contract and still cannot get the bill correct. Been to store 5 times and apparently there awaiting for head office to sort things out!.
Been promised calls from the store when the issue has been sorted....still waiting.

Customer service is rubbish, The guy name is Oliver in this store has very rude and unprofessional attitude, I asked him a replacement sim card and he deactivated my 2nd sim card as well ,
3 time went to the store in 2 hours to rectify every thing, when i asked him why you doing like this? he just said don't come in this store again, this is how we work, very disappointing,

There was ?only? two members of staff on and their system wasn?t working properly. They couldn?t take a picture of the ID due to the spotlights in the ceiling. Roughly around 60 min wait - they were polite and friendly and the guys took great care of an elderly couple. It was genuinely ever so sweet - I just don?t think that the manage of the franchise was expecting a Sunday to be this busy.
