Went there over the weekend and personally not impressed by the service. Initially went to Bensons next door to get a quote and wanted a comparison at Dreams. Entered the shore and was there for about 10 mins and not a single member of staff approached us to help us. The store was empty. Then a couple entered the store and within 5 mins when they next to us they get approached instead. Not even a hello or anything. I just found it abit odd. Ended up going back to bensons next door as they were more welcoming. Usually I don?t mind being left alone for bit to browse but what rubbed me the wrong way is the fact the store was empty, we came in first but staff greeted the couple who came in after us.

Moving house and popped into get a new mattress, Andy was very helpful and would recommend using the Sleepmatch machine also!

Convenient location, on arrival only two members of staff on duty that evening both of whom had customers. Was able to browse slowly and then the next free staff engaged with us, she asked if she can be of any help and I advised that we had browsed online prior to coming and she was able to show us the different type options and touch , feel, open under store for full experience feel.
It was great to visit in store and saw each model of bed and we then selected, proceed to purchase a large double.
Though it was close to closing by then the staff did not rush but took their time to ensure we had all that was require to complete our bed purchase and the accessories.

Zain is a really great guy. Patient and answers all your questions. Worked with us over a few visits to find the right bed. Top bloke and very professional. Bought a Harrison Spinks bed that I love. ??

I could not have been happier after visiting dreams in crownpoint, Becky made sure we got on the sleep simulator to see what types of mattresses our bodies needed and then showed us to some of her favourites. We were offered drinks and made to feel welcome. It was so refreshing to speak to someone so passionate and knowledgeable about mattresses instead of ordering online.
