I have referal to put through that I need my GP to send ASAP as only so little spots onece every 6 months and they get 150 referals per dayso they get filled in really fast...Last time I tried to get refered through my GP I missed it because of the time it takesfor GP to take any actions so I am trying again 6 months later... I have sent an email to GP with all documents needed for my referal attached and wrote step by step what GP needs to do next (literally just send an email saying I have ADHD symptoms and struggle since a childhood and add the attachements I have already filled in and sent, easy done) and I have been told waiting list for GP to send referal is 3 to4 weeks!... It is ADHD right to chose appointment and waiting time for assessement with them is up to 6 months only (I am waiting with NHS for years now!) I am very rapidly getting so bad I am unable to function and am unable to get any help with out diagnosis so I am left there on my own barley hanging onto the dear sanity going absolutely insane trying to get ANY help..I have been told to make appointment and come to see the doctor and speak about it in person.I have been given 3 options to make appointment,1st is to come in person at 8 am, which I am unable because I am unable to leave my house on my own due to my mental health issues and my kids are at school2nd make an online appointment which requires me to register on some weird external website (no any other docto have one like that but simple system linked to theirs practice appointment services) and provide my ptoho ID and then it takes 3 weeks for the team to approve my ID so I can use the online services (bye bye right to chose referal spots)3rd is a phone call at 8 am.I have rang today at 8am and right at 8am I got through and was 12 in the queue. It made me a bit positive as only 11 peopel in front of me I will get my appointment easy. Oh how wrong I was!The lady picked up the call and told me no apointments available so I asked how come as I was only 12th in the queue? she said they have had LESS that 10 appointments open for today?!She offered me appointment on 12th February! despite the fact I have explained why I need it asap and why it is so important. shame reallyIs that how it works?Is there ANY way to get help when you really strugle?How long will I have to wait to get anything sorted with that practice?

My partner Dean McDonald went to see nurse Becky and she was nothing but nice kind polite and helpful and always went above and beyond to help me even though she didn't have to she would help me do anything i needed by far the most amazing nurse i have ever seen in any surgery i will forever be grateful to her for helping me in anyway i needed it so once again thank you nurse Becky x

Receptionist are just rude! Do not care for concerns made and speak to you with an attitude! Have a concern because I?ve not come on after a week and she just says ?I have no appointments for you I?d wait a couple more weeks? I?m stressed about this and they won?t give me the time of day! Absolutely awful service

I have almost 5 years living on armley and they never sort my problems.For sure I don't recommend them.Run away fast as you can from this GP.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately had to switch GP practices to this place as was out of catchment area for my last one. This is one of very few that I was in the area for. I?ve been with them almost a year and out of probably tens of appointments I?ve made, I?ve had only 3 successful ones. They changed the system recently to only allow emergency appointments, but never told anyone about this so you only found out when you phoned up, but they also never told anyone what they?re classing as an emergency appointment, so I don?t think anyone?s getting a daily appointment anymore. You have to wait a month in advance to be called for your appointment just for them to not call you and make up an excuse as to why. Most of the time it?ll be that a F2f was booked instead of a phone call, which in that case means it?s an admin error or receptionists fault for telling you wrong, but again you have to wait another month. If you?re lucky to get an appointment again, they don?t call you at the designated time slot which is increasingly stressful as the receptionists don?t pick up the phone so you?re left wondering if you?re going to have your appointment 30 minutes after the time and being stuck on 13th in the queue for half an hour with no response until you give up. Absolutely abysmal. This place is not neurodivergent friendly. Sort yourselves out, or get more attentive staff.

Waited on hold for best part of an hour to order a repeat prescription only to be told by some smug sounding old bint that I would have to go into the surgery to order it. When I said that if I went in would I just be asking her face to face to do the same thing I was asking her to do now she said yes. Hahaha and she sounded really pleased about it.

Could never really get the proper care, they are quick to tell you sorry they can't help you. And send you off. Unable to contact when trying to call the GP. That's really unlike any other GP I've been too. Very poor care service.

Cant get a face to face appointment with a gp instead offered a telephone call in 2 weeks...Strange there were 4 receptionists yet no patients in the waiting room!Why do I pay national insurance & tax to be fobbed off by a snotty uncaring unsympathetic receptionist?
