“Not a review about the products but as a thank you to staff who went above and beyond to return my bicycle which was stolen from outside the store and dumped on a nearby path. A member of staff found it on the path and returned it to the store, and I got back a bike I thought I'd never see again.Many thanks to a fantastic team.”

“Difficult to comment here except to say that this is Trade Point at B&Q and is used by bonafide tradesmen . I don’t believe it’s open to everyone . I posted a pic to ensure the correct entrance is shown to collect bulk stock . There is the trade counter in the main B&Q”
