I recently visited the counter to drop off a parcel and unfortunately, I encountered a situation that left me feeling quite disappointed. The service provided by the staff member, whom I believe was of Indian descent, was not up to the standard I expected. I felt that the interaction was somewhat rude and aggressive. It?s crucial for any service-oriented business to ensure a welcoming and courteous environment for their customers.I understand that everyone can have off days, and I hope that this feedback can serve as an opportunity for improvement. If you find yourself unsatisfied with your current role, there are often other opportunities worth exploring. Regrettably, based on this experience, I am hesitant to return to this location in the future.

The staff were really helpful yesterday even though I couldn?t get my package. I received a message this morning to come pick up my package from DHL. You can drop off items you need to ship to different part of the world.It?s also a store for stationeries e.g ball pens?

Rude woman working in the DHL counter. Hopefully just a bad day but enough for me to not go there again. Especially not someone I would trust handling my DHL packages and orders. My first and last visit.
