Nobody greeting you, nobody asking if you need help, and when I go to the checkout the staff are more concerned with carrying on their conversation with each other rather than giving good customer service. Wide range of stuff though, and products are good quality.

They sell decent stuff at a reasonable price. But don't ever buy footwear online from them. I ordered a pair of walking boots in size 8.5 for click and collect. When I got them home, they were size 9. I enquired with customer service over Whatsapp where they claimed they never stocked size 8.5 and it was on the website in error (though the manufactor, as per their website, definitely make an 8.5). This is now a couple of days before Christmas and the options I was offered were refund or just keep them. These boots are no longer available elsewhere in the size I need and have now come out of the sales. They don't have any 8.5 and no 8s in stock locally for me to try.Wasted time and money having to travel about returning them and I'll now have to spend more on the boots elsewhere that I could have gotten for a better price while they were on sale everywhere. And of course, it will now have to be after Christmas.Again, you can get good stuff here for a good price but this has been an incredibly frustrating experience just before Christmas. I'll never buy anything from them online again.

I visited the shop and all the staff was amazing and Fergus was so helpful. He walked me round all the shop to help with my Christmas shopping for my son. He advised me on the best products in store. I will be re-visiting again very soon
