I made a purchase at Currys and was surprised that the staff didn?t ask about my Currys Club membership. I missed out on my eligible discount and loyalty points because of this oversight. It gave the impression that customer experience wasn?t a priority ? just the transaction. I expected better from a major retailer.

I couldn?t agree more with last review posted here. Awful and embarrassing customer service. The store might as well be run with no employees. The nonchalance is baffling.

The customer service in this store is absolutely disgraceful. Many products are fitted with security tags that require a staff member to unlock them before you can even take them off the rails. Yet, good luck finding anyone willing to help. The upstairs floor is practically abandoned, and the staff downstairs flat-out refuse to assist. When you do manage to find an employee, they?re too busy gossiping, flirting, or wandering aimlessly to acknowledge paying customers. It?s as if they?re doing you a favor by simply existing in the store. This place is a joke?completely understaffed, poorly managed, and utterly lacking in basic customer service. If the staff can?t be bothered to assist customers, they shouldn?t be working in retail. Customers spending their hard-earned money deserve to be treated with respect, not as an inconvenience.

It's strange to see so many negative reviews when this is the best Currys I've ever been to. The manager Mikey and sales colleagues Naz and Greg are lovely and extremely friendly. A few months ago, Greg completed an exchange for me with Mikey and it was very quick and easy. This time, Naz helped me with a different exchange and like before, it was done very efficiently. They work very hard, greet upon entry, ask if you need any assistance and are always on their feet. For people leaving 1 star reviews for leaving unsatisfied, maybe YOU are the issue as the customer, not the staff. Thank you to Naz, Greg and Mikey again :)
