Lovley helpful staff was deciding on a new vacuum cleaner and didn't really know what one to choose was seen to rather quickly by a girl named nadia I believe and she was very kind very sweet and helpful 10 out of 10 for experience and service thank you

Just generally a shocking experience with Currys. I bought a phone from there as no where else had it in stock. This cost me £1250. Dealing with their customer service is an absolute nightmare.I had a case number and email from Samsung's support team advising me to return my handset as they had deemed it fault yet upon returning to the store Currys flat out refused to do anything about it as 'they couldn't reproduce it' despite me explaining the screen issue was only visible in low light. This was only 24 hours after purchase. Absolutely terrible customer service from the so called 'experts' who said "Samsungs are just like that".If you are reading this and wondering whether to purchase anything from them, I would just use Currys as an Amazon showroom and buy it from Amazon instead. At least you get some customer service should things not be 100% perfect.

Bought a new Google Pixel 7a.Good service, friendly advisor.They saved me time on my trade in by printing the voucher sent to my email towards my new 7a and adding the discount to the price.Overall I would buy again. Prices fair and staff approachable.

We went in specifically for a Huawei phone case for a present. On the section where there were cases we didn't really see any.The problem arose when we asked an old guy who works there to make sure if there's any of what we were looking for - he then proceeded to make gesture with his hand showing this other shelf area that sipposedly had the product. We go there and there's some iPad and universal cases, nothing close to what we are looking for.

So I went in curry?s at crown point today to Change my hoover as it has a fault but as I approached the customer service desk the staff member approached me in a very rude way not sure why he has that attitude and said he?ll call the manager so he can help but he never help just told me recant do it as it not cover even the I paid extra for the cover he also was very disrespectful and rude not sure why the advice you to pay extra for cover and provide the service back just wasted all that money for Notting not very happy with the service I got today very disappointed with the service from the manager and the sale rep poor service

The staff were extremely rude. I asked for help 3 times and was ignored by the fat Bobby Baccalieri lookalike and the bloke with the grandma perm.

I like Currys however I had a bad experience with (Robert) customer service, holding my item I sent for repair for 4 months and giving me false information and not replying to the manufacturer emails, I had to collect it and send it to repair from different Currys store...not happy at all
