Ordered a laptop yesterday as it said I could collect from the Guiseley store same day. Got a call from a private number as I was already on the way to the store to say they actually didn't have the laptop in stock so we're cancelling and I would get a refund, so I turned the car around and went home.
No refund has arrived yet, I called Currys customer service to explain what has happened and find out when I should expect the refund, I provided the details of the order etc. The customer service person said the order has been labelled as collected from the Guiseley store which DID NOT HAPPEN. I asked what I could do as they took my money and I never got the item, she said they'd have to investigate, now I'm reading reviews of the same thing happening to SO many people who have ordered from Currys and that it takes months to get a refund (if ever).
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. SORT THIS OUT AND GET ME A REFUND.

Tameena at guiseley is amazing. She is friendly and chatty and she has been so helpful on two occasions with an iPhone wire and an air pod charger which I needed. She was knowledgeable about the products I was buying and understood my needs. If you are lucky enough to be served by her - you will certainly agree. Great customer service by Tameena. Thank you

Amazing Customer Service from Chamen!

The store has been reorganised with all the household items upstairs and computing, televisions and technology downstairs. I always receive great customer service when I visit.
