Good hotel near central Leeds. We had a quad room which was a good size. Large breakfast buffet for additional charge (£12.95 pp). Bar and restaurant. Parking is quite expensive at £17.50 per 24hrs.Small health club with swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Gym also available.

Good location for a business trip. Great facilities as it has a pool and a spa. Unfortunately, I did not have time to use those, so I cannot share a review on that. The breakfast included was great, always fresh. Rooms were clean all the time, friendly staff. Smoking area is in front of the hotel (this could be a little better :)). Overall, it was a good experience. Since I only got back to the hotel for a shower and sleep, it was perfect.Rooms: The rooms were clean, bathroom was impeccable. I got a room with 2 Queen size beds. Just like a regular hotel room, it had a mini fridge, TV, safe and was cleaned every day. I did not spend too much time in the room as I was on a business trip.Walkability: There are restaurants and pubs in walking distance. You can even walk to the City Center where you can find a huge mall and all the stuff that you would need :)

Yassar was a phenomenal concierge. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was comfortable and restful. We extended our stay as a result. He was exceptionally attentive, warm and welcoming and always there to ask if we need anything. I would recommend this hotel purely on the attentiveness of the staff. The rooms are a good size and the mattresses are super comfy. Thanks again to Yassar and the team!

The friendliest large chain hotel I stay at.From the team in reception, the restaurant to housekeeping; everyone greats you with a certain sincerity. I've stayed here 8 times in the last 6 months and I've always felt welcomed.Only gripe I've had is getting room service seems to have gotten tougher, sometimes having to ring 2-3 times before someone answers to take the order.

Restaurant running on a bar menu. Was told we could not use the pool without making an appointment, and the only times available were either after guests had checked out, or before they had checked in! The helpful leisure club attendant told me that priority for the pool is given to external guests who pay a membership fee to use it. The hotel should put on it's booking/Web page, that they do not want guests using the pool! Won't stay again.

Pleasant staff on arrival.Accessible car park but a bit expensive considering how much the room was.24 hour lounge wasn't stocked 24 hours and for new years eve that's poor.Only 1 working lift caused a bit of a problem.

Staff are amazing, friendly, polite and welcoming. Stayed for a girls weekend and it was lovely! The tiny issues we had were dealt with quickly and the stay was great! Thank you.Rooms: Big enough, clean and had everything we needed.

Opting for Crowne Plaza in Leeds with hopes of a spacious room proved successful in terms of size, yet the ambiance left something to be desired. The room's darkness was a notable drawback, necessitating a change to warmer light bulbs or additional fixtures.Our initial room showcased a bathroom door issue, promptly resolved with a relocation to a new room. Unfortunately, the elevator situation was less than ideal, with one out of two elevators malfunctioning. Perhaps due to the holiday, repairs were delayed, causing inconvenient wait times.On the brighter side, pun intended, the hotel redeemed itself with a noteworthy breakfast. The variety, including the addition of black pudding, showcased a commitment to culinary excellence. While improvements are needed, especially in room lighting and elevator maintenance, the breakfast variety undoubtedly adds a flavorful touch to the stay.

Nice location approximately 5mins drive into city center. On site parking for guests with reasonable charges. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean comfortable spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Nice hotel. Food and rooms very good. One star off because the communal areas hotter than the sun. Appreciate its winter but goodness, I should have packed shorts.

Came here for works Christmas do. Hotel was nice. The room where we had the party was extremely cramped they fitted us in like sardines definitely getting their monies worth. Only 2 on the bar and had to wait ages. The food however was very good. Would not recommend for a party.Food & drinks: Food was very good but had to wait ages at the bar for drinks!

Warm and friendly welcome from the staff. Room was clean however slept on better hotel pillows (minus a star)Breakfast was decent had to pay extra we booked room only.Sadly, didn't have time to use the spa.Nearby activities: 5 mins from Leeds City Centre so plenty of shops, bars and restaurants to visit.Walkability: Very easy to from Leeds train station....

The hotel has many stuff to enjoy. Starting with the swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. The pool is not very large and deep but it is enough to have few laps. There is a gym also.The bar and restaurant serves breakfast that is good. Usual English breakfast style items.Staff is efficient, quick and helpful.There is a nice Japanese whiskey at the bar that I would recommend.The hotel has a large event facility that can cater for a lot of ppl. We were around 100 of us in the room and had lunch there. The food was tasty, I missed the soup option though.Anyway the hotel is definitely ? 5* from my end for the comfort of the room, the facilities that offers and the delicious food they make.The hotel has its own parking and also cars can drop they passengers safely from the front.Make sure that you tell your reg number at the reception otherwise you will receive a fine.

A great hotel. The location isn?t perfect, a bit of a walk from the train station and there?s not much to do. The service each day is excellent, cleaned up nicely and tidy. The staff is friendly and the rooms are great.

Check in was quick, easy and funny, the best welcome I?ve had when walking into a hotel, so friendly and polite was a great start to our trip and gave a special personal touch. Great value for money with all amnesties in the hotel, very impressed
