This company has provided carpets to us for years now whenever we have moved house or changed things around. They have always provided a professional service and are very approachable and amenable. This carpet company are brilliant. They helped my son out by travelling to York to lay the carpets sooner rather than later, which other carpet shops said. The carpets were very good quality and reasonable. The fitter was also brilliant , fitting cheap lino they bought else where. 100% life time custom

This small store is like Aldin's cave with the amount of stock that it has.I've never gone there and not come home with exactly what I'm looking for.The owner, father/son is so welcoming and chaty.He can always fit you in for a fitting when you need or at least to the nearest date possible.

Crossgates Carpet Centre was recommended to us by a friend. Trevor the owner was extremely helpful and actually suggested a cheaper but better alternative to what we were looking for. So after measuring up, we agreed a price which was fair and reasonable.The lead time was good and the fitters arrived on schedule. They were friendly, cheerful and did a cracking job of the carpets, which we're delighted with.All in all, it was a pleasant and easy transaction and the service from start to finish was absolutely spot on.It's the first time we've used this company but it won't be the last!So thanks to Trevor and his team for doing such a professional job.

Really excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable.The carpet was bought and fitted in record time by friendly fitters.They moved the furniture, although there wasn't too much to move.Even took the old carpet and underlay for a small fee.

Was told if bought carpet and took home they would come and fit when they arrived tried to charge extra than quoted £60 which was including price for one 5x4 room and a 3x1 hallway. Really bad service avoid at all costs.
