I have never been here before but I couldn't find any meat where I live so I thought of this as I drove past once. Wow!! Amazing customer service. I got my mince meat with extra onions. The butcher was very helpful and tge service in the shop was brilliant!!Additionally I bought a panini at their hot food counter and I was so impressed by the young man who served me..his cleanliness and the manner and time he took to make my panini was so lovely. My panini was amazing!!I'll be back!!

Honestly the best local shop in the area. Staff are so lovely and always treat you with respect. The deli is just to die for. The butchers is great quality and fair prices and you can find nearly everything you can think of there. ?

Great service with wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Medina represents the heart of the community at Chapeltown. A brilliant local shop that serves a diversity of cultures and cuisines. Definitely worth a visit.
