Worse cup of tea I've ever had in a Costa, including abroad... tasted nothing like teaStaff member pushed me to one side when I was looking at choice of sandwich etc to fill up. No excuse me etc

This costa is in need of refurbishment, the chairs were badly stained and look disgusting, the tables are all worn and look unhygienic, for anyone visiting the white rose centre, I would advise using the costa in next ?

Absolutely disgusting how I've been treated today 20th Feb at 10.35 am.I asked for a strawberry milkshake and they just made me one. It was hot. I told her I got a cold one the other day she called me a liar.Why would I want a hot milkshake SERIOUSLYHAD TO WALK AWAY WITHOUT MY REFUND

purchased 2 pieces of cake had to have them changed once because they were dried out, we couldn't even eat them they were that dry, when I checked none of pastries or cakes were covered. total waste of money and very unhygienic as dust and dirt will be blowing all over them.

I am appalled at the service when me and my friend when to by something we were met with a rude attitude and we didn?t feel welcomed when walking in the establishment my friend bought a rocky road which we shared this was the most disgusting thing I have ever tasted I don?t think that rocky road is difficult to make but apparently it is as it was horrible the texture and the taste was not appealing we also had there season specially Terry's chocolate orange hot chocolate not only is it a mouthful to say it is also the most underwhelming thing I?ve ever drank there was no taste to it and it was lukewarm who wants a like warm hat chocolate I?m disappointed and unhappy with the service.The only thing reasonable was that we got a Terry's chocolate slice. Won?t be coming here again and won?t be recommending to anybody . !!

After being a Costa Coffee user for so long I am now to part company after over hearing a 1-1 on cafe floor on 12th August at White Rose Upper floor shop, as how the Supervisor/Manager spoke to the colleague was disgusting, basically told her staff member very abruptly and rudly, with a threatening tone how she needed to improve or she's out the door, discipline is crucial but so to remaining professional and polite but still having the skill to get you points across, but I afraid this lady failed so much on all these in delivering this 1-1. Shocking to overhear, In addition the managet/Supervisor then proceeded to leave her laptop in full view of anyone in the coffee shop, I'm hoping there was nothing confidential on it and it remained safe after I left as had it disappeared no member of staff would of had a clue as the only people around was customers.

Lower level costa manager Lucas shocking attitude.I was there supporting a man with a disability including dysphagia.The manager refused to allow us to use a plate to mash up some cake as my client has trouble swallowing.The manager stated it was takeaway cups etc at the moment and was totally unhelpful with a care free attitude.He became agressive when i explained my situation and stated there was nothing he could do
