I used to be a daily visitor here when I worked nearby, was always one of the best! Visited today, no bread products or sandwiches! Not the first time this has happened! Disappointing! Can?t rate the food as ?zero?! Coffee to the usual standard.

This Costa has vastly improved since I was last here a couple of years ago. The shop was a lot cleaner, the young lady who served me was pleasant and efficient, the Flat white was as near perfection that you will ever get. My toasted tea cake was so fresh and done just how I like it. I would say that if this is the normal standard here it must be one of the best Costa cafe I have been in for a while.

Convenient Costa at the far corner of Crown Point Retail Park.
Friendly service, although when you have a drink voucher on your app, the staff won't flag it in for you. The onus is on you to ask or add it when you scan it.

Everything from entering to leaving was exceptionally high standard. The cleanliness and ease of manoeuvring had me as I sometimes need a wheelchair. Ease of access and the staff are always friendly and helpful. No matter how busy they are they are always willing to go that extra mile for you. The food is outstandingly delicious and the coffee is a liquid cashmere hug on the inside of your throat. Never been disappointed with any of the service or facilities provided
Parking: It's free parking ....BUT....on weekends it can become very full so expect a disappointment or a wait for available spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: The main door is level access and the disabled toilets are on ground floor accessed with a code. Always high standard or cleanliness.

We found Costa to be a very child friendly and welcoming venue. The food and drinks are good quality and this is definitely one of the best cafes in the area.

I am not the biggest supporter of Costa, but my friends are so I am visiting from time to time. Low quality processed sweets and highly priced so-called ?coffee?-products.
