Ordered food on uber eats and I didn't even recieve my food but charged me the whole price so I payed 16 pound for a drink and packet of crisps absolute rip off

Lovely and friendly staff. Great service and we enjoyed the coffee and food, prices were reasonable. The only thing I would say is my partner ordered a cappuccino to drink-in but he was given it in a paper cup. Ideally we'd have preferred it to be in a mug, for environmental reasons. He was asked if that was ok before it was given to him, and as I said, the staff were very pleasant. I think it might have been a busy day and not enough mugs for the turnover.

No busy still did not take order,no greeting anything, ignorance at the workplace for not to take order, golden hair tall person, spaces black and white hair female staff

Great Experience at Costa Coffee!
I had a wonderful time at Costa Coffee. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Shirin, who served us with a big smile and a kind attitude. She was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive energy made our visit even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this place for great coffee and amazing customer service!

Had to queue for 15 minutes when there were only 4 people if front. I ordered an oat flat white and got a lukewarm regular milk latte. Asked if it was oat and the answer from the barista was i dont know i didnt make it but I can prepare another one for you
Nice shop and atmosphere but poor customer service and attention to detail. Would not recommend
