When I was there, there was a girl talking about Halo. they kept saying they were pro. I saw their gameplay online and ngl i think they lied. food and vibes were great though 10/10

A usual Costa coffee venue serving drinks, cakes, etc.
Today, it had been very busy, so was a bit jaded and in need of tidying.
My latte did the job though.

I used my birthday treat code today on the app, thank you Claire for helping me choose a cake slice. Your customer service is outstanding and it is staff like you that make it a positive experience at Costa, not just the drinks! Keep up the great enthusiasm and have the best Christmas ?

Such a dirty, scruffy cafe, inside and out.
Furniture worn and dirty. Glass dirty. Lattes luke warm and weak. Not a nice experience . Avoid.

The staff is impolite, the feeling for this visit is very bad!

Staff were quick to run out from behind the till and tell me that my dog wasn?t welcome in the building, besides there being no sign to say other wise
Also the toilets are grim, need to wipe your feet on the way out
