Popped in with my wife for a toasted teacake and coffee. Latte for me Americano for my wife. Fast service very nice teacakes but we both thought the coffee not up to scratch. Latte was weak and Americano bitter. Shame really cos we enjoyed the Costa cafe and it's location and staff are lovely.

The main reason for the 5 stars are the amazing staff here. They quickly learn their regulars drinks and foibles. You really feel looked after. The drinks menu is extensive, and some are positively divine. Some of the more elaborate drinks may seem a little pricey, but if you think of them as dessert they are reasonable.

Absolutely amazing place with very friendly staff! I ordered with my friend and they put in the wrong syrup by accident but made it into a brand new flavour frappe! And gave my friend a larger frappe for the inconvenience! I am very happy.

The new manager think she is clever but end of the day she don?t know what she doing I ordered peach ice tea and basically taste like tea why do I have to pay for something where it?s not being delivered properly the service it?s disgusting I hope she not gonna stay there for long I been working for this company over 5 years and I do know how it?s should to do be make is she can?t take complains time to found another job smile more less stress horrible place do not recommend

Wouldn?t let me use the toilet before purchasing my coffees they were too busy cleaning and shut the area to all customers so I walked out and went to Costa at seacroft.
Not used this one in a while due to staff having poor customer service and again it shows nothing has changed

Nice modern little coffee shop in an otherwise tired looking Crossgates shopping mall. I was served by a pleasant member of staff and took a table outside on the verandah.
