I'm not sure who the other folks were served by, but I've always had friendly service from all the ladies working here, nor have I ever witnessed rudeness towards other customers while I was waiting to be served. Quite the contrary!

The quality of the sandwiches varies, some days they are amazing other days atrocious. If you like a gamble then go ahead, obviously there's a member of staff who clearly cannot make a decent sandwich. If you're looking for quality you'd be better off going to the Subway across the road!

After talking to all the locals and ignoring myself I was finally served with a hostile attitude. After arriving at my van I realised I was also overcharged.. not really a pleasant experience with the customer service and the food ! Not really for me ?

The staff here and rude and unwelcoming. They looked me up and down upon entry as I don?t look like I?m from Garforth, it felt racist. I proceeded to order and was spoken to disgustingly by one of the younger female staff as a paying customer. I felt like a burden ordering, and this was the lady with a bad attitude and brown hair in a bun, I?m assuming who the other people have complained about. I will not be returning here. The pizza was awful and dry and cold anyway.

Disgusting service. I was in the bakery at 11:05 on 31/01/2023, on the phone with my girlfriend just browsing through the products because I wasn't sure what she wanted so I was listing the options to her. I wasn't there long before woman who worked there, presumably the manager, starts interrogating me, basically screeching "IS THERE A REASON YOU'RE TAKING PICTURES OF OUR PRODUCTS?". I responded that I wasn't, that I was just talking to someone on the phone asking what they wanted, and that I was about to buy something but due to her terrible attitude I took my business elsewhere. That elsewhere was a location, across the street, whose staff is always extremely polite and kind and whose products are strictly superior.If you want to be yelled at for no reason at all to the point where you feel terrible, this is the place for you. If not, go literally anywhere else.As I told the lady before I left, "Do better for your next customer, because this was shocking."

just love cooplands .lovley cakes good price .staff nice .what I really like about cooplands is that if you work in care you get a discount .nhs really good and a big thank you to them all but coppland appreciated people who worked in private care .so well done and a massive thank you .

Disgraceful service. I was in this bakery today and the way I heard the staff speak to a customer was nothing short of disgusting. A lady had a brownie knocked out of her hand by her baby and she asked if it was possible for a new one. The member of staff was incredibly rude and asked very sharply how can you expect us to re-sell it (which isn't what the lady wanted). The lady said she wouldn't come back here ever again, and neither will I. I followed her out. Couldn't actually believe it.
