I went to Connie to tidy up my curly hair that I?ve been growing for over a year. She gave me the perfect cut and my hair feels much lighter and has much more volume! The hair is one side of the coin, Connie is a great conversationist and made me feel right at home. When you go to Connie I?m sure you?ll have a laugh to lift your soul and great hair by the end, can?t recommend her enough

Rang up to see availability to get braids done then the woman said she?s not available then when asking what times they are available she just said bye and hung up normally I don?t leave reviews but I think this is just rude as I wanted to get my sons hair done for his birthday on Monday

Went with my 2 daughter's for our hair doing and had an amazing time and felt so welcome. I had highlights and they look perfect. My daughter's both had braids and they both look perfect too! Seemed to be a nice lady but as you can tell from talking to her it just a show for customers until a disagreement. She priced her services and decided to change the price after her shop started the work. Upon stating I wasn?t okay with price increase especially if in total you?ve doubled price out of no where she stopped the job half way through and said to pay her what she originally asked for and we can go. Terrible person and will never receive anymore business from me.

I do not normally write reviews, but for Connie and her expertise I am happily and gratefully making an exception. I previously had a few bad experiences with hairdressers so, looking for a hairdresser that would detangle my matted hair with care and sensitivity was paramount. When I called the Comforts Hair and Beauty salon and spoke to Connie she was polite, honest and willing to help.When I arrived at the salon Connie was very friendly and hospitable. She worked fast, meticulously, and efficiently and she did an excellent job at keeping me pre-occupied with plenty of laughter, etc.She worked patiently and professionally with my hair which produced amazing results; I floated out of her salon like a new person. I am so blessed to have found her salon. If you want a hairdresser that actually loves her job, is knowledgeable at her trade and endeavours to produce impeccable results then you need to pay her a visit.

I don't usually write reviews but i have to for this place. I booked a hair wash and cornrow. As one of the ladies continued to wash my hair, connie asked while their was another customer if my hair was dry. The lady answered no. Then once my hair was washed and conditioned she went on for a tangent for 10 minutes about how my hair is dry and even though she has "coarser" hair than mine, her hair is a lot better than mine. But the worse thing is when she went to comb my hair, like ANY person would do by starting at the ends.... she ragged at my hair with the comb from the root. I was in so much pain and dread the amount of breakage she probably caused to my hair... it almost felt like intentionalSo unprofessional and never will be attending again. I am thrilled with the experience I have had today . The salon is very multicultural, they care for any hair type and offer great advice on how to maintain your chosen style .Both staff that I encountered today were friendly.
