4 shops here and 2 bad experiences with very rude staff!! Looking at other reviews it seems they need a new employee training programme on customer service! I only asked the girl on the checkout a valid question in a polite manner and was snapped at and then served abruptly ! never been spoken to like that in a store before, complained to manager who seemed to me to have had to deal with her before and said she would speak to her! If you hate your job and have no personal skills prob best not work with customers face to face and especially on a till where people are spending their hard earned cash on groceries!!

Member prices and non member prices not clearly displayed. Occasional shoppers exploited by the membership scheme. Fair trade co op. Not really

This Co-Op stocks a large range of chilled items, confectionery items, bakery items, and general cupboard staples. There is also a large freezer section along the left side of the store, containing both savoury and sweet items. There is a good range of deals and offers available at the store, especially for those who are members of the Co-Op. There are now no longer conveyor tills available at the store, yet there are still a few smaller in-person tills and multiple self-checkouts. There is a good sense of community at the store. It is one of a few remaining Co-Op's in the area, after the closure of both branches on Street Lane. It is reasonably large for a Co-Op, and it is great having it in the heart of Chapel Allerton.

poor customer service told her it?s abit too much still looked smug an said no it?s not tap card, then to say oh no think it?s wrong, open your eyes before you talk!

Some very rude customer service people went in today at 4.15 asked fir cash back as the cash point wasn?t working to be told it?s not are fault and begrudgingly says I carnt give you no more than 50 my till only as 40 left in it after this I give you ? well that?s not my fault neither is it and very rude talking to me ? not the first time I?ve been spoken to rudely neither staff need change Monday 6th nov night staff very rude through my carrier bag at me he needs training I will be making a formal complaint disgraceful also 11.11 23 where?s the poppys at none to be seen at all ?

Not the best shopping experience, a bit of a weird "this is a local place for local people" atmosphere. Staff generally OK, some very good, with the exception of Jennie who could urgently do with training in how to speak to customers.

The shop isn?t that big but you can buy most of the things. It?s open till late and pretty convenient.

This place rips you off with their 3 for 2 offers.Go to buy two sets of things - 3 at £2 and 3 at £1. Should be £6 - but no they somehow charge you £7.Shocked that a brand like this would do that but they swindled me twice. Avoid this place.

Disgusting, absolutely horrified. We went looking some whistles and we didn?t find any which we weren?t happy about and then it just gets worse my dip dab wouldn?t go through the checkout thing, leaving me absolutely mortified. Not good enough get some whistles NOW. Also the customer service was very poor as the man didn?t even help me and we had to ask for his assistance which wasn?t very helpful. This lead me to be crying when I came out .
