I have ordered food for delivery twice in the last three weeks and on my first order I ordered a fresh cream strawberry trifle which arrived but the idiot who packed the bag put it on its side not flat in the bottom of the bag, needless to say it was an absolute mess when it arrived. I ordered one tonight and put in the notes PLEASE PAVK THE TRIFLE FLAT ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG, it?s arrived and either the same idiot has packed it on its side again or the store is run by idiots, or people with no common sense or pride in the job they do

Just been in coop my every day shop all staff are lovely apart from bev just had an altercation with her claimed she's the manager I work in retail so understand how it works horrible person shouldn't even work in retail with attitude she had clearly can't do her job even customer in front she spoke to him like dirt. Avoid her to say she's a team leader she should know better.

Expensive, limited stock. Teenage kids running around shouting. Selling large Costa drinks but only have regular cups then kept the 30p difference!. Not changed
