It's CEX. I went in to buy a game but was slightly frustrated about the fact that my 3 minute transaction took more than a 15 minute que as I was behind 5vpeople wanting to sell. Perhaps think about opening a buying only till?

Buying is fine, but selling is awful, expensive items (based off the second hand priced I see elsewhere) are being bought and sold at like a £200-300 profit, I understand they need to make some sort of a profit (£100 is acceptable) but it's at the point you're basically giving them your stuff for free. And in store credit isn't much better

It is a nice establishment but I just don't get the concept you pay the same price to a refurbished/renewed device as brand new.

Very rude indeed. I asked a simple question as I had to wait ten mins before I had to be seen so I asked the staff member is it ok to wait and he just made a weird hand gesture in air , very very strange , the manager was ok but yes it's not a nice experience to sell something in their , as a human i expect to spoken to with respect , I then told him about himself so he screams off like a clown and throws is key in air like a little spoilt brat would do who lives at home with his mummy , I don't know if that was a trick to intimidate me but no one can do that , I've seen allot worse than that , no one will ever make a rude gesture to me like that , what's happened to good customer experience .
