Just been into store again last month or two after a Yr or so away. What a refreshing change to shop and staff. All new staff and new management. They have helped me out when I've needed help and done a favour or two along way. Give a fair price for items and explain reasons for pricing. Some good bargains too. ** DECENT TUNES WHEN WAITING TO BE SERVED ** Be using a lot more now.

They sold my stuff without any warning. I put £1500 worth of my work tools on but back for £200. I paid them £250 back in interest and they sold because I was I. Hospital a week And couldn?t get to bank to pay another payment. If they had warned me I could have got someone else to make payment. No warning. Absolute shocking service. Never again will I use this company. Now claiming I can buy them back for £190 minus two of the most important tools they have sold. Stay away from cash converters Beeston

I bought a defective iPhone, but the company refused to refund me two days later. The staff was extremely rude and indifferent. People are being robbed by this coming.

This store banned me because I accidentally took an iPad to them that they couldn't sell on I tried to explain it was a honest mistake and the manager just kept interrupting me and didn't care less about listening to me just said I was banned from every cash converters in the UK and everytime I try and get in touch with the store to ask how long I'm banned for they don't bother to get back in touch with me fine if they don't want my custom I will take it elsewhere worst customer service ever wouldn't recommend cash converters.

Came in to initially sell my gold necklace as I was told your gold buying was one of the best... I was asked by John if it was something that i would consider having the option of buying it back at a very low interest rate.. He explained about pawning jewellery and explained about the extremely low interest rate... So to sum up I got more than I wanted plus I did not have to loose the chain!!! You have one very very happy customer and thank you John x

The staff were extremely helpful, in particular a staff member named Ells who gave me more money than I expected. I always expected that the prices were lower than the competition, but they blow them out of the water. Great Store

absolutely useless bought a phone was faulty wouldn't charge took it back got a replacement was blocked wouldn't take any network ended up having to go back an forward to the shop 3 times then got a refund wouldn't waste ya time buying anything from here the useless an charge daft prices for broke faulty crap do the even check things before the buy them they've definitely lost a customer here anyway
