DO NOT USE - 100% NOT TO BE TRUSTED Advertising products on shelf at one price then changing price you pay at till when questioned over it and told that you are not aloud to do that it's against the law staff member (Sam) told me yes I am \\u0026 nothing you can do about it as no manger on.\\nAttitude was appalling.\\nCost difference was £25.98 against £39.98 not like it was a couple of quid.

Losing confidence in Currys/PC World/carphone whatever. You call on the telephone and you're waiting for more than an hour for an answer. Try the \\\"Contact Us\\\" thing on-line and it's either not working or you don't get a reply. So the next best thing was to try at my local store, only to be interrogated by an employee at the main entrance outside the store in the rain. All I wanted to do was renew a Care \\u0026 Repair agreement. You got only one stars because my problem was sort of resolved, although I'm still not sure the advice given was correct. Team Knowhow have messed up and seem incapable of taking ownership of the problem or providing for corrective action. Pandemic or not, there is no excuse for providing an unprofessional, 3rd rate service. Shame on you.\\nI will some time soon be replacing my laptop. For sure PC World will not be on my list of retail outlets for advice or acquisition.\\nPC World is in trouble. You need a complete overhaul and a change of behaviours. You need to learn the meaning of respect. I could help you but you would not be prepared to pay my fee.\\nThis is the second time I have had to make negative representation regarding this retailer.

Great service from the Manager Tim. Helped me with a replacement phone I got from ID mobile. Was like pulling teeth dealing with ID mobile but Tim helped even though I didn't buy the phone from his store and got it all sorted. Was very friendly and professional. 100% recommend this store. Shame I didn't buy from these in the first place!

Friendly experience of buying my expensive temper glass (screen protector) for the Pixel 3AXL from a nice lad in the store, promptly ruined by terrible experience with a girl called Sophie when I visited to collect the temper glass. She was reluctant, rude and uninterested - applied my temper glass in a careless way (slanted), and I expressly had to ask her for the packaging to make sure she didn't throw it away (keeping hold of this is essential to claim the lifetime warranty should anything go wrong). It never ceases to amaze me how big brands can so easily get it wrong with one poor hire!

Just had an amazing experience with Sophie as she's helped me right from the beginning, came out with a lovely new phone and some accessories because I've come from a brick to a smart phone, which included a wireless charger, powrbank and a screen protector, she offered to out the screen protector on which I thought was extremely nice as most places charge money for this and I couldn't be happier, left with piece of mind on my new phone!
