Went into the showroom, really nice staff! Ordered a carpet which came quicker than expected and install date was very fast, carpet fitted today - literally no complaints at all, very refreshing in comparison to other companies I've recently highered. Spent a little but couldn't be happier! 5*
Simon the carpet fitter was also really cool!

Had a measurement, samples and quote visit from Andrew today. He was incredibly fast with the work, provided samples we asked for as well as additional similar styles in huge samples so we could really have a detailed look at the carpets. He provided us with a quote and also advised on ways we could save money. We were very happy with the service and have booked in the carpet fitting.

Beware of hidden charges
We ordered some vinyl flooring from the Kirkstall store. We were given a price for the vinyl and given a separate price for fitting to be paid on the day. Fine and normal so far.
It's only when we got home that we realised we'd also been charged:
£19.99 for carpet adhesive (this is at most £5 per can but likely much cheaper when bought in bulk by fitters)
£10 for fitting and arrangement service (the act of paying for the vinyl - why is that extra?)
£39.00 for delivery (we live 3 miles from the store).
So an extra £70 for basically for next to nothing.
We complained and they would only take off the price of the adhesive spray, which we then bought ourselves online.
These prices should have been discussed before purchase. Really poor.

I finally made up my mind on a carpet but had an issue ordering it online. I went back to the Kirkstall shop and the staff were really friendly and helpful. This is my second carpet from them and it has always been a positive experience.

We had a full house renovation to floor. Too many places these days descend on you the minute you walk in without giving you room to breathe. Not here, we were given breathing space from entering followed by a warm welcome from Darren who was very friendly and explained about the sale and process, he then kindly left us to relax and look through at our leisure, if we had any questions we could call him over then he would give us thinking space, this was in my opinion very professional and refreshing from other stores. He arranged a full house measure with Rob who was great and made recommendations. We then revisited to chose all carpets and wood flooring. Top class service, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere to allow you time to browse. I would 100% recommend this place.

We visited the store to buy bedroom carpets and had some great advice from Jane about a carpet suitable for our needs. Really pleased with the carpet we have chosen and looking forward to having it fitted next week. All arrangements for delivery and fitting very simple as Jane organised that for us.

We received samples from Carpetright and called in today. We were greeted by Jane then left to browse. Jane was on hand for any questions and made choosing and buying easy and stress free. She was knowledgeable, friendly and professional . Would highly recommend ?.

Great service received at Carpetright Kirkstall. Darren was very helpful explaining offers and products, and we felt like we had plenty time to browse and decide without feeling rushed.

Amreen provided the best experience in a carpet shop. She was very approachable and knowledgeable. She helped us select the carpets we wanted and was able to work out a quide price based on our measurements. The surveyor arrived as scheduled and was able to not only make the measurements of our rooms, but we could make the payment via a QR code, so we didn't have to go back into the store.Overall, a really pleasant and easy experience. Would highly recommend.
