Had a lovely visit and help from the staff. Walked us through and chops the right products needed especially matching the colours.
Was & Richard were great friendly and informative and guided us perfectly to help us find the perfect gift for our friend who just had a baby girl.

Hi I went to your Leeds Crown Point Branch This afternoon on 19/10/2024
I have been using this store for all my family birthdays merchandise purchases from last few years.
However my experience today had put me to stop using this store from now onwards as I believe the new staff and management is rude and have no customer service skills.
I bought 4 cards and a lot of birthdays accessories. And i also bought some balloons which I wanted to be filled with helium gas. Which included 1 baloon which I bought from somewhere else.
I saw 4 people staff standing at the counter talking to each other and store was not busy at all. They told me come back after 6 pm and we will see if we can inflate the balloons. I asked why not now
The lady answered we are not allowed to inflate balloons bought elsewhere. Even though I bought more balloons from your store and also told them I will pay for the gas for the baloon not bought from the store. Which is clearly states on your website that you can bring balloons bought elsewhere and you charge for service.
The 4 people staff told me come back later and pay for the goods I bought from store. I asked why can't you do it now and why u telling me to come back after 5 when u guys are not doing anything
They answered we don't have time now but the staff was talking to each other on the tills without any customers. What a management ?
Also they said we don't fill balloons bought elsewhere in every wrong tone of voice where I felt but humiliated. If that's the case then why tell me come back after 5. All this staff doing nothing and turning customers away because they can't be asked.?
I been using this store for years and today it felt like I wasted my time. For being a good customer all these years and this is how u treat customers. Really disappointed.
