Staff were absolutely amazing today. I called up to see if they had a gender reveal balloon which the lady then put on the side for me as it was the last one. They were very accommodating & helped make our gender reveal special. Would definitely recommend!! Huge thank you x

Extremely helpful staff and very polite. My little one dropped her snowglobe inside the shop and broke it. The lovely lady behind the counter gave my little one a replacement and paid for it from her own pocket.
