Was in a bit of a tizz as I had a really busy day and needed to be at work but the guys at Kwik Fit were so accommodating and fitted me in which meant I could drop my car off and go about my day. They were great at communicating throughout the day and even stayed open a little later to allow me to pick my car up when I’d finished work. As a woman I usually hate going to garages where men talk down to you or try and sell you stuff you don’t need (I actually know a bit about cars so it always annoys me) but that didn’t happen here. They were friendly, professional and got the job done. Thank you!”

They fitted me in straight away, ordered the parts after checking out what was needed and showing me the damage on the discs. “Went there for a slow puncture, I feel sorry for the guy at the till ? his colleague works so slow it was painful to watch, I wouldn't hire him for an F1 pitstop but he is very friendly and a nice person ? had to wait next day for a tyre because I have a performance car and the depot that sent him the tyre sent the wrong one, the guy apologised and sent me an address for anotuer tyre place, they did the best they could tbh there wasn't much they could do so id give them 5 star for their efforts ?????”

After having an MOT a month ago (at a different garage) and being given an advisory I noticed today before a super long journey that a tyre looked a little sus! Turns out the tyre needed replacing immediately and althought they didn't have them in stock they called their new partner store National Tyres on Geldered Road and I was happy to have them replaced. “Good guys with fair prices and good service, not always gonna be the fastest garage but will get it done for you on the day if they can. Good lads and good work. Will return if I ever need a garage and am in Leeds city centre or near by.Just to let ya know how friendly they are, when I arrived as my brakes had gone soft, it turned out I needed a new brake pipe but they diagnose and show me the issue free of charge, I drive home after a free top UK of brake fluid, and then returned the next day as I was happy with the way I was treat. Job was done at a great price and they price matched for me ?”
