Popular spot in Chapel Allerton, despite a recent paint up lift the place still looks tired and in need of a good overhaul. At times can be a little untidy but despite this a place to still visit.

Very great and cozy spot in Leeds. With 3 floors of seating and good amount of restrooms and ofcourse very good pastries and coffees. This has been one of the best cafe nero I have visited in past few years. Service from staff was great. Their interaction and support was very good. Ordered my usual latte and very intrigued pistachios cake. The staff went extra mile in asking for allergens which I have never witnessed in anyother nero.

Nice coffee shop with a few floors so plenty of tables to choose from. Staff were nice. Cappuccino was very nice

Emily was fabulous! Very informative and helpful. We ordered the pistachio cheesecake and said ?just to let you know that has gelatine in it?. A very considered notification. I thanked her so much for this. I told her I had ordered this previously and hadn?t been told. I felt really appreciative to know this. She made our drinks great and was super friendly. Fab barista.

Nice place to sit outside and people watch. Wasnt great with the online order though as apparently they lost the ticket so it wasn't ready.

I?m an ex employee of cafe Nero at the train station and I love coming to this branch. The staff are very friendly, especially the manager. I hope they receive praise as I am shown consistent kindness and service!
