When I come to Caffè Nero, I order the mango and passion fruit booster. It?s my favourite drink !!!
I was served by Sim who is a delight to see every time. She makes the best drinks and she?s always polite : )
Whenever I?m here it?s never too busy and it?s always clean.

came in for a quick little break yesterday and it was lovely. I got a cappuccino and carrot cake, the girl with tattoos who was serving me was very kind and made a nice drink.Will definitely be coming back :)

I like tea. Not weird tea, just good English breakfast tea. The tea is from teabags, which is fine except when charging a premium price. The posh teabags had an odd floral taste. I'd have preferred a normal tea bag.

Popped in here to wait for my daughter on a late sunday morning. Ordered a cup of tea and the guy behind the counter was very welcoming and made a great cuppa. Sat in comfy seats and enjoyed my tea in peace. Good, quiet location meaning plenty of seating for all.

The staff are extremely rude. As soon as I entered the building, a female staff member barked at me to shut the door. I didn?t even notice that it was open. It doesn?t hurt to be more polite. I?ve been here 4 times now and all the staff seem really miserable, unhappy with their jobs and they project it onto customers. The guy with glasses who works there is quite smug and laughs at customers behind their backs. It?s a shame that me and my partner noticed this behaviour. I?m going to be writing to head office about this since this is quite possibly the worst cafe Nero in the country.The cafe Nero in Wellington place is amazing and they could really do with learning from them on how to create a nice and inviting environment for customers.

As a devoted coffee enthusiast, my recent visit to Cafe Nero in Central Square on Wellington Street was an absolute delight. The service was outstanding, and I indulged in two hazelnut lattes, thanks to a fantastic recommendation from a friendly team member who also suggested their delectable lemon cake. What sets this particular Cafe Nero apart is its unique vibe and a more laid-back atmosphere compared to other locations I've explored. Nestled in Central Square, it provides a quiet, homey, and cozy space?perfect for spending a tranquil hour working. Highly recommended, especially if you're discerning about your coffee; it's a significant upgrade from Costa Coffee. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
