Excellent! Lovely decaff coffee and the two persevering ladies (maybe another staff not in as should have been?) . Anyway exemplary on their feet strongly and keeping up a pleasant patient manner amidst it all.
Caffe Nero they deserve a bonus for this sort of hard labour on all afternoon just two staff and keeping up making lovely coffee and pleasant gracious patient way. One could see as one knows, just wanting the working day to end maybe, ... a break. But they are sticking at it. Great team work the same. 5 stars for sure and happy atmosphere here and happily busy.

I?m not the type to give negative reviews, so this has really taken a special kind of bad service to inspire it, so congratulations to the staff member & store policy for this one.It is bad enough having to go through having to ask permission from the staff just to go to the toilet, not exactly helpful when you have anxiety having to ask to go to the toilet in front of other customers and staff, which is what having to ask for the key to the toilet amounts to. I haven?t had to ask to go to the toilet since my first school.But the staff member with died hair wouldn?t accept my answer when she asked if I was a customer (to which I answered yes), she proceeded to ask another 3 questions before I cut her short and called out the unnecessary inquisition before she finally handed over the key. No sorry, even worse, she didn?t hand over the key, instead she just walked me to the toilet like some kind of naughty school boy and opened the door. I won?t assume to know what she was thinking, but she wasn?t exactly polite about it let?s just say.I can?t believe I actually paid money to be treated so badly and be so insulted. The issue with the need for the key has been going on for years but this has taken something that was bad enough to a whole new level.It is not the fault of your customers if you want to control who uses your toilets. So stop creating an environment where there most certainly will be customers who visit Nero who will not use the toilets because of this policy who need to.This needs sorting asap.

Staff were friendly and helped with deciding what to order, tables were nice and clean and the outdoor area was roomy, spotless toilets and good music
