Have to pay for condiments now even though is a restaurant. Staff aren?t friendly. Food mediocre. Buns taste stale after two attempts still not good quality. Coke was flat and asked for new one so guy used same tap and still flat. Burger King has clearly lost the Burger wars. With the likes of 5 guys now a days provide much better service, food and free condiments won?t be long till Burger Crap oh sorry King disappears off the high street.
Oh and during tea time the toilets were closed leaving just one disabled toilet available for the whole restaurant. That is just poor service for your customers. Massively disappointing and probably the last ever Burger Krap I?ll ever have ?

Went here today and there?s no changing room for babies I had to put my daughter on the floor to change her bum and my son in the pram also as soon as u walk in the corridor of the toilets it?s smelt so bad I had to hold my nose I was gipping with the smell the food was cold I?m really unhappy with this restaurant I will not go again!!!!

Full of men swearing drunk, felt was in a nightmare, staff had no idea or interest in the orders. Junil came behind counter and saved from a total disaster! Well done to him. I wouldn't be surprised if bk go broke or bankrupt and vanish. If not for him be a total shocking -1

Incredibly unhelpful staff. Waited about 10 mins to get served as service seemed very slow for a Saturday afternoon with only one person at the till. Tried to redeem my points from the BK app only to be told that they don't accept them there. Fair enough, but when I tried asking if there was another Burger King near that did accept the app offers (as I don't know Leeds city centre at all) the member of staff just ignored my question and walked away which seemed incredibly rude. I then tried asking a person that looked like the team leader or duty manager the same question and instead of giving a helpful reply I was just told to look it up on my phone.
