Phone is not working. No email address. Need to return a (new) faulty purchase and this is the address given on my Receipt (no Tel or email).
Chamber of Commerce also lists this as the contact number (BT says this is not a known number)

Want to return a faulty purchase sent by BHF, Mo Email and the phone number does not exist. Even the Chamber of Commerce does not have the number for this address
Not good customer service particularly when spending £99.99!!

It makes it look like a walk in shop, located the place by the postcode, walked in the door to have a look at an item, then was told it's not a shop it's e commerce!! Very rude and aggressive attitude, like l shouldn't be THERE! Some people need to understand that size doesn't matter ;-)

Phone does not ring just 3 bleeps and stops. Trying to buy something on EBay but BHF doesn?t respond. Useless!

I bought a bag off eBay and this is the place it came from i needed to return it so i went through eBay channels but no response tried ringing but they never answer the phone neither do they acknowledge any messages sent through eBay very rude I've now opened a dispute with eBay because they advertise they accept returns please be aware of this they take your money for goods that they don't advertise properly this is an eBay hub for British heart Foundation i would give no stars if i could

Your website says you're available for IN-store shopping. You're clearly not open as a shop so maybe you should change the information on your website. Also, you never answer your phones so why provide a telephone number? From a really irritated member of public.

This is just a warehouse for British Heart Foundation, and doesn't have a shop as shown on the image above. The image above is this address 67 Crossgates Shopping Centre, Leeds LS15 8EU. Just as a warning or you'll make the same mistake I did.
