My mum is currently on end of life...and no matter what medication she needs..this chemist and her staff have got it for her...swiftly and with kindness and understanding...always helpfull...and always with good communication.

Third time using this chemist. Not very professional, first time rude and impatient in front of other customers, second time just ok, third time absolutely shocking. Customer service training required, I would not recommend.

Awful service. Tried ringing for 2 hours to see if prescription for antibiotics can be ready today. Rings with no answer, is engaged, or they answer and try dialing out, then hang up when they hear you!
Get told it takes 48 hours for prescription to be made up, for antibiotics and such this is stupid!
