They don't answer the connected phone and aren't efficient when it comes to providing customer service and medication. I was sent a script from the hospital for IMmediate use regarding a perforated eardrum. I went in to boots 1 day after the script was sent over and I was told it would be available. It was not.
This is also not the first time this Bramley branch has failed, I have seen countless customers leave unsatisfied due to rude customer service from the goblins behind the counter.
I would kindly recommend anyone/everyone to use the pharmacist a couple of doors above Boots, they are more reliable.

It'd okay, maybe not their issue, but my prescription is always late, and never time it right to collect? As the pharmacist never available to issue?

Was served by a woman called Tracy who apparently had no value for others time and respect. Suspected my prescription as tampered as if I was trying to get weed based morphine. Would never ever go there again nor would I recommend others. Can't post without giving one star!

I was speaking to this woman on the phone I felt like I had been blamed for speaking to fast to her when she said I was speaking to fast whilst I was speaking to her and it seemed as though she was laughing I didn't feel there was any reason to laugh and the experience left me not wanting to use the chemist again though feeling like I'm been blamed when i wanted to pick up my prescription I would have. Prefered it if she had responded by saying i feel like your speaking to fast do you want to slow down so I can hear what you are saying as I don't understand then it would have helped me respond differently to her she kept muttering under her breath are you alright and i wasn't sure how to respond or who she was talking to so I let her speak and she politely requested that I give her my name I reluctantly did even though I was still quite shocked and dismayed about how she responded to me and I felt she had spoken in a patronising tone I nearly aborted the call but she said my prescription will be there soon but I'm not going back to this boots as the shoddy customer service from this women has put me off its for the best I hope noone else goes though a similar situation

Been trying for 2days to ring this pharmacy with no success.My mum put her medication order in 8days ago,Boots assured her they would contact her when they were available to collect ,heard nothing and cannot contact them.Now in a position she has 2days of meds left ? 83yrs of age and panicking.As previous reviews state,deserve zero stars.I have emailed Boots with a formal complaint but it won't help with the current situation. Service not safe or fit for purpose when supporting vulnerable people.

I wish I could give them a zero. I'm currently away and I need my daughter's prescription to be put back on the spine so I can collect from a different pharmacy but whenever I call either the line is busy or it rings for ages and no one picks it up. I been calling for 5 days straight and this is not the first time this has happened. And even when you go to collect directly from them it's never in stock. You ask them to order for you and nothing. Even to put it back on the spine took them weeks. Not to mention the poor service in store??.

I gave it a 1 but deserves a zero. Repeatedly not requesting repeat prescriptions for a vulnerable person leaving them suffering. They do not answer the phone or acceptDisgusting do not use this chemist.

Need to change staff rude ignorant no customer service female staff member looking away when talking to me and they never get prescriptions right and when they give u your prescription its never all there worst chemist ever

Electronic transfers of Prescriptions from Surgery to Pharmacy takes milliseconds, yet this Pharmacy never seem to make your px up until you arrive to find out why you have not had a text to say it is ready! Then they tell you to come back later, or even tomorrow! In the 5 days since ordering on line, and being actioned by the Surgery on the same day, the very least you should expect is that it would be ready and waiting for you. There is no quality of customer service, and queues are usually horrendous. I have had enough and have voted with my feet. I am off to find a Pharmacy that has 5* reviews and is patient friendly.Boots are a big company, out of touch, and way too big for their boots!
