Extremely rude staff who turned me away after making me state my personal issue outloud in the pharmacy.

They don't answer the connected phone and aren't efficient when it comes to providing customer service and medication. I was sent a script from the hospital for IMmediate use regarding a perforated eardrum. I went in to boots 1 day after the script was sent over and I was told it would be available. It was not.
