Got to spend a couple of hours in this pharmacy, and though understaffed due to sickness, its team is lovely and on job. My experience was exceptional and everyone from the manager to the person at the front (Hayley) deserve some praise and appreciation!

Awful service, literally only person here and have been waiting for more than half hour.Whilst the pharmacist and 3 other colleagues are just stood there on their phones!!

Every single time I?ve been in this pharmacy I?ve waited the best part of half an hour, even when it?s empty.They do this presumably because you can?t get hospital prescriptions anywhere else. So in turn the service provided is dire.Also, on that note? if you have the sheer audacity to ask ?how long? the looks given from staff could burn a hole through my skull.In short I wouldn't use if I didn?t have too.

I've had to go without my prescription!The waiting time is dreadful, the staff just sat down looking at you like you have leprosy and you have 7-8 people in very close proximity! On top of that they kept calling the wrong people so I assume you need to be prepared to wait an hour.I'm not going to have a 14month old next to someone who may have flu!!!If the staff doesn't work then maybe the chemist should close, I've never been to one before where the staff is sat down just doing nothing!Awful and I'm still trying to find a way to complain officially because I'm positive it was the staff making it such a bad experience.

Never known a wait like it for a prescription absolutely shambles! Wait time 1hr for a prescription and I?ve been waiting either longer than that. Plus when they call out for people to collect prescriptions they aren?t even there.Needs sorting out very very poor!

Friendly and quick. Not accessed as showing on Google maps. You have to go down the road where the Martin Wing is, its right at the end opposite the stairs.
