Went in couple months ago with pair of boots with a damaged heel that I?d just noticed as I was getting ready for a dinner date. Even though I was a walk in customer, my boots were fixed within 15 mins and service was amazing ??

Had my shoes for over 6 months and despite repeat visits to go and collect them (and being told they could fix them but needed different glue), they have completely ruined my shoes with their attempt to fix them (and are now beyond repair) with little to no remorse for doing so.
