I wish I could give zero stars! Horrible delivery experience! I received a call and an email to confirm my delivery day, I organised everything to be able to be at home by taking a day off at work! Also, I arranged the house refurbishment works with my contractor. However, all my plans have been ruined. I never received my order on the CONFIRMED delivery day! No one reached out to me to give me an update about my order; therefore, at 3pm on the day I wrote to the customer service asking about any update. I been told that the delivery will be between 8am and 6pm. Therefore, I waited till 5pm and NOTHING!!! I decided to try again and wrote again to the customer service as no one was giving me any information. Guess what?! I been told that they don't know nothing about my order and they will check for me tomorrow as they were about to close!!! Unacceptable! To conclude, without any information about my order I took a day off for the following day! As I will be CHARGED a fee if I am not at home to receive my order! Are you kidding me???!!! Nevertheless, I had to move the starting day of the refurbishment works and paid an extra fee for that to my contractor! I am really disappointed about the service I received! Oh wait! It is better to say the SERVICE I DIDN'T RECEIVED AT ALL!!!

After placing order with £50 delivery costs. We received a call today to advise actually £150 delivery ..Im not sure how the miles are calculated but werent aware we had ordered gold packaging ?No thanks

I'm thrilled with this floor! I was unable to see it in a very large piece before purchasing but took a chance and it has turned out amazingly! Lovely colour, very soft and smooth and my own brilliant builder fitted it with ease, saving masses on fitting costs.Thank you Quickstep and Best at Flooring.

Very good experience of this supplier: we visited one of the Leeds stores to finalise our choice of laminate flooring, then ordered online. Staff at the store were very helpful. We ordered Kronotex Mammut at a very good price which was delivered a few days later. Easy to lay in a large conservatory and a hall with 7 doors - looks great. I'll add photos once I've fitted the skirting.

I recently purchased Karndean Flooring through Best at Flooring for my new build home.Everybody I have spoken to, from initially requesting samples, then organising delivery, checking everything was ok once it had arrived and a return of a box (I had ordered too much flooring) have been so friendly and helpful.I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from here again and would happily recommend to anybody!Thank you!

Great quality flooring, difficult to fit though, wasn?t as impressed with customer services who passed the fitting issues back to the manufacturer who then passed it back to the suppliers. So no one actually helped.

Hello Charlotte, apologies for the mistake. Have amended the review below to use the correct company name.Don't bother visiting 91 Roseville Road to look at Best At Flooring. For all intents and purposes there is no best at flooring stock to look at on this site. I know as I visited 3 times and it was made clear to me. They said It's the head office address but no stock for Best At Flooring is held there as it's online only. They do have a small selection of discounted laminates at the back which are sold from The FloorStore and are generally around £14-£18 sqm. It's interesting that floorstoreonline.co.uk lists both 91 Roseville Road and 16-20 Regent Street as their own stores but I do accept they are technically distinct companies.

So unhappy ? I paid £36 for delivery and the delivery was 24 hours late and when it was delivered it was damaged and unusable and just left outside my door for everyone to see. They arranged to have another pack sent but yet again this was 24 hours delayed. Not good enough when you?ve spent £36 delivery and to have had to wait In on 2 separate occasions just for them to deliver it on the wrong day - not once bug twice

Ordered samples of a flooring we'd seen elsewhere for a much higher price just to check it was the same. It was. Had contact to check we'd got the samples OK. Really helpful without being pushy. Pain free ordering and fast delivery on a day to suit us.The flooring was really well packed to protect it and delivery came slightly earlier than expected on the day.All in all, great communication, really good prices and quick delivery. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I don't usually write negative reviews however in this situation I have made an exception. Having ordered the new floor for our kitchen through their website I received a call the following day informing me that the product was actually out of stock and wouldn't be available until July. Back to drawing board we reordered samples and worked with the kitchen people to agree on a new floor which happened to be in stock at BestatFlooring, or so we thought. I successfully ordered through the website again only to receive an identical phone call the next day informing the product was not actually in stock and I couldn't get it until after the kitchen fitting! Very disappointed, unsure whether this is due to poor stock inventory system or poor customer service, either way I'd avoid best at flooring as its more like best at time wasting.
