I had to relocate urgently due to the requirement of work and Belvoir staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient from the beginning. They booked an appointment for the property viewing on the same day I first inquired. Emily was very informative on prior and during the viewing and answered all inquires I had. From there until the signing of the tenancy agreement to handover of keys, Emily was very attentive and helpful throughout the process. Would recommend Belvoir to anyone without a doubt. Very attentive and professional services rendered by them and the property is absolutely worth every penny!

The moving in process was smooth and easy, however there were numerous faults with the property which I've had to contact the Belvoir Maintenance team about (faulty blinds, washing machine not working, fridge freezer door breaking among other things). One of the responses from Belvoir was rather dismissive of my problem, suggesting it was user error rather than a genuine problem and therefore delaying the resolution.

I've dealt with a LOT of estate agents over the years. Belvoir are possibly the friendliest, most efficient and professional I've come across. Whole process from viewing to moving in was fantastic.

Responsive and friendly team. Help with problems I report. Peter does well with maintenance. When I moved in I noticed flat had been cleaned properly and facilities provide a good standard of living.

Very professional and friendly service. We have been tenants in our last home for 6 years with Belvoir as our letting agents Lovely staff who are happy to help, We've had a really positive experience with Amie who made our long term tenancy and recent moving experience a smooth and happy one. I rented in Shipley with Belvoir for a year and a half and my experience was fantastic from start to finish. From viewing and moving during lockdown, arranging repairs and the move-out process / deposit return, the people I dealt with were always friendly, responsive and helpful. I have rented for 18 years and had mixed experiences along the way...Belvoir have been the best by far. Why can't all letting agents be like this?
