We had a really good experience of selling our house with Belvoir. Melanie was super on it and often had more up to date information than our solicitors when we needed it, and they were good too! Everything was smooth and couldn't recommend highly enough. We also had a valuation that turned out to be more accurate than a few of the other estate agents. I'd definitely recommend!

Melanie, Lynne and the rest of the Belvoir team have provided a fantastic service and offered non-stop support throughout a turbulent journey selling our home. They also offered support for our onward purchase (through a different estate agent), without which we don?t feel things would have gone ahead. We were impressed with the quality of photography and viewings.Would highly recommend.

From start to finish Belvoir have been brilliant. We were selling our late parents property which was difficult for us to do but Lynne handled things with great understanding and help guide us with the sale.Melanie in the office has kept us updated throughout and also helped push matters along when there were issues along the way.The fees are good value for money especially compared to other agents in the area.We would highly recommend Belvoir and the team
