Friendly, efficient and took her time.I haven’t been for a while, so thought it might be a bit tougher than usual, but was not as painful as previous waxes I’ve had.Great results too. Totally worth the price and should stop me from biting my nails in future. It would be nice if they sold a cuticle oil, if they don't already.”
