I visited the Barclays Leeds City Centre branch and was really impressed with the service I received. Anne helped me during my meeting and she was so kind, patient, and supportive. I also had an appointment with Anthony, who was equally brilliant. He was calm, patient, and very understanding, taking the time to go through all the issues with my account and making sure everything was fully resolved before I left.
Both Anne and Anthony provided excellent customer service, and I left the branch feeling reassured and very well looked after.
