I had my first waxing experience in the UK, and she was the best waxer I've ever encountered! The entire process took just 20 minutes, and my hair disappeared effortlessly. She was kind and composed, maintaining the perfect temperature for the wax, making it a painless experience. Unfortunately, since I booked through Treatwell and didn't catch her name, I can't thank her personally, but she's undoubtedly the best.

My first time going here was slightly nervous but honestly the senior salonist was so kind and reshaped my eyebrows so well and made them identical considering they?ve been two different shapes for years and other therapists haven?t been able to do what she did. So thank you. 100% reccomend!

I used to like going to this salon to get my eyebrows threaded but this time, she messed up my eyebrows. My appointment was with the lady that usually does my eyebrows but I thought that because they were busy, I?d get it done from the manager herself. So,therefore when I pointed it out the manager started blaming me in which I tried to explain and even said it might?ve been a miscommunication. The manager then started to throw around micro-aggressions (stereotyped as the angry brown woman) which I hoped that I could have recorded and was told not to come to her salon again. My reaction was justified because of the bad experience that I?ve had previously with my eyebrows and was frustrated at the situation not aimed at the manager. Also both ladies were speaking in their own language but had a problem when I expressed dissatisfaction in speaking Urdu to my mum and sister. Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the so- called ?trained? manager.
